Smallholder female farmers produce over 70% of local subsistence crops, yet face severe structural barriers in access to capital, drought-resilient seed stocks, and modern climate-smart agro-technologies.

Through the Pamoja Mbele Women Agribusiness Cooperative Accelerator, we provide:
1. Certified climate-smart seed packets (sorghum, cassava, high-yield legumes).
2. Gravity-fed drip irrigation kits that reduce water usage by up to 60%.
3. Community Table Banking and financial literacy training.
4. Direct collective bargaining linkages to regional urban fresh markets.

Over 94% of supported women farmers have doubled their seasonal yields and achieved household food security within their first harvest cycle.
